Event Pass Discount

A weekend or day pass is only necessary if the vendor would like to participate in any of the event activities. A 10% discount will be offered on the purchase of any pass, priced at the date of the vendor contract signing by a participating vendor. Limit of 2 pass discounts per vendor. Please specify on the vendor application if you would like any passes, how many & the names of the people they are for & include payment with your vendor payment.

Event Promotion

We provide tables for flyers to promote your event or services. If you would like to reserve space to set up a display or a popup banner, a location will be determined by Vendor Coordinator if space is available. Contact Lisa Scarfo for further information at lisa@toshc.com.

Vendor Advertising

  • Your payment will secure a vendor spot AND lists you on the TOSHC website Vendor Page
  • Listing continues through to the end of November
  • MC announcement promoting your service or product during the event

Vendor Spots Include

  • Space, Table(s), Linen, Chairs
  • Normal plug in for electrical if specified in vendor application
  • WiFi is available

Not Included

  • Extra wattage for lights and refrigerators
  • Security
  • power strips, lights
  • Phone lines

Become a Vendor

  1.   Please fill out the 2019 Vendor Application.
  2.   Then send completed Vendor Application to: Lisa Scarfo at lisa@toshc.com

Final Details

  • Pay by cheque or email transfer to info@toshc.com
  • At the event, your vendor spot will be marked with tape and your name
  • Your point of contact will be Robin Browne
  • Vendor’s operating hours for the weekend should be posted at each vendor table
  • If you plan on being a vendor for the following year, pay a $50 fee to hold your listing on the website vendor page
